Business Description
Dhaka University Alumni Association Australia (DUAAA) is a social network for Dhaka University graduates of Bangladesh residing in Australia. The Alumni was established in January 2010.
The aim of the association is to:
- promote friendship and interaction between the former students, teachers, and employees of Dhaka University residing in Australia
- foster friendly relationships with the Bangladeshi community and other Australian communities to promote Bangladeshi culture and custom
- provide voluntary services to promote welfare to the Dhaka University Alumni and other communities in Australia
- participate in activities contributing to the improvement of infrastructure and academic activities of the university
- institute prizes and scholarships to students – for merit and financial aid to the poor and deserving students of Dhaka University
- promote activities to create awareness for the development of Bangladesh
- communicate with the university and other Dhaka University alumni associations around the world
