Bangladesh Association of Ireland (BAI), now known as the All Bangladeshi Association of Ireland (ABAI), is an organization of the Bangladeshi Community in Ireland. Established in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland, the All Bangladeshi Association of Ireland organizes Bangladeshi cultural, social, and religious events for community members. Events include Pohela Boishakh (Bangla New Year), Ekushey February (International Mother Language Day), Eid festivals, etc. National events like Bangladesh Independence Day and Victory Day are also observed. Some events focus on fundraising for Bangladeshi flood victims or natural disaster victims. ABAI also organizes picnics and soccer/football matches for its members.

As a charitable social organization (Company Reg # 484362), the principal aim of the All Bangladesh Association of Ireland (ABAI) is to create a sense of feeling of Bangladesh in Ireland. Most ABAI events are organized by volunteers and sponsored by the local Bangladeshi business community. The organization has its constitution and is governed by an Executive Committee (EC).
