American Association of Bangladeshi Pharmaceutical Scientists

The American Association of Bangladeshi Pharmaceutical Scientists (AABPS) was founded by a group of Bangladeshi pharmaceutical scientists attending the 1997 AAPS Annual Meeting in Boston. Over the years, the organization has grown to include over 100 members dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical science and technology. American Association of Bangladeshi Pharmaceutical Scientists is a non-political, non-religious, and not-for-profit tax-exempt professional organization of volunteers committed to preserving Bangladeshi heritage, discovering new knowledge, and sharing resources with the world. AABPS aims to catalyze growth and professional excellence for future generations of Bangladeshi pharmaceutical scientists residing in North America.

The American Association of Bangladeshi Pharmaceutical Scientists offers four membership types:

  1. General Members: Bangladeshi pharmaceutical scientists residing in North America actively involved in the field and pay annual dues. They have voting rights and can participate in all Association activities.
  2. Associate Members: Individuals interested in supporting AABPS’s goals, regardless of their professional background. They pay annual dues but do not have voting rights.
  3. Lifetime Members: General or Associate Members who have paid a one-time fee equivalent to 20 years of annual dues. They enjoy the same benefits as their respective membership types for life.
  4. Honorary Members: Distinguished individuals from anywhere in the world who have made significant contributions to the pharmaceutical field and support AABPS’s mission. They receive the same benefits as Associate Members but are not required to pay dues.
