Bangladesh Centre and Community Services (BCCS) was established by few enthusiastic people of Bangladeshi community in Toronto with the aim that it will serve the Bangladeshi and South Asian communities in order to integrate them to the mainstream of Canadian society. BCCS has a clear mission and vision through which it wants to become one of the best community provider within all communities. BCCS was recognized by the CRA as a good charitable organization in 2014.

Mandate
The mandate is to provide settlement services to the new immigrants irrespective of their age,sex, faith, income, race etc. arriving from South Asia including Bangladesh and help them get through the transition and integrate into a Canadian society and culture successfully.

Vision and Mission
