Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA) USA is the USA Chapter of Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA) headquartered in Bangladesh. Founded in 2002, ORCA-USA is a not-for-profit, non-political, volunteer organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under Section 501 (c) 3. The organization is comprised of Rajshahi Cadet College alumni residing in the USA. The association is based in California.

ORCA USA Membership

1. Primary Membership in ORCA USA Chapter is open to a former cadet of Rajshahi Cadet College living in North America.
2. Voting Membership in ORCA USA Chapter shall be limited only to ORCA USA primary members who have paid the dues as specified by the Executive Committee (EC) of ORCA USA Chapter.
3. Associate Membership in ORCA USA Chapter shall be open to the spouses and children of the primary members and ex-teachers of Rajshahi Cadet College and their family members living in North America. They will not have any voting rights.
4. Any member may withdraw his/her membership only through written notice to the ORCA USA Chapter Executive Committee. Any member may be removed or expelled only by a decision of the General Meeting on grounds contravening the organization, discipline, or any other ground which the meeting decides reasonable.
5. The annual membership dues for primary membership are currently fixed at $10 for students and $25 for earning members, and the lifetime membership dues will be a one-time fee of $300. They shall be reviewed and determined as deemed necessary by the ORCA USA Chapter Executive Committee and approved by the Annual General Meeting.

Projects:

Occasionally, ORCA-USA sponsors and fund social/charitable projects in North America or Bangladesh. Although currently there are no established guidelines for the projects, any member can propose a project by providing detailed information (goal, objective, location, # of beneficiaries, budget, etc.) of the project to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee selects the projects case by case based on merits. Examples of some ORCA USA projects:
