Bangladesh Society Switzerland (BSS) is a non-profit, non-political, non-discriminatory association of Bangladeshi community living in Switzerland. The society is based in Zurich. Since 1996, Bangladesh Society Switzerland has been organizing social and cultural events for Bangladeshi community. The principal aim of Bangladesh Society Switzerland (BSS) is to promote Bangladeshi culture and language in Switzerland. Another aim of the society is to unite the Bangladeshi community living in Switzerland under one umbrella without creating conflict. The organization also work as a platform for Bangladeshi children to learn about Bangladeshi culture and Bangla language, which is not taught in any local schools or institutions. Besides cultural activities, the center also keen to help Bangladeshi parents who whats to give religious education to their children.

- Promotes and practices Bangladeshi culture in Switzerland
- Works as a bridging between Bangladeshi culture and Swiss culture
- Organizes Bangladeshi cultural events (Ekushy, Boishakhi, etc.)
- Organizes Bangladeshi national events (Independence day, Victory day, etc.)
- Organizes Bangla school for language teaching (speaking, reading, writing)
- Informs Bangladeshi community about local Bangladeshi news, activities, etc.
- Informs Bangladeshi community about Swiss legal, political and tax related issues
