Bangla Academy, Australia (BAA) is a Sydney based Bangladeshi community focused institution dedicated to promoting and fostering Bangla language, culture and heritage in the hearts and minds of the budding Bangla speakers and people from non Bangla speaking background. With a continually changing program of education there is always something new, exciting and inspiring for all age group to experience at Bangla Academy, Australia.
Bangladesh Academy Australia:
- organizes public Speaking, Debate, Math, Art and Painting competition
- helps Bangladeshi community in need (such as medical assistance)
- organizes clean up Australia Day
- provides Justice for the Peace services
- provides disaster assistance in Bangladesh when needed
- provides a platform for emerging Bangladeshi artists, writers to develop their skills
- teaches Bangla to non-Bangla speakers
- works as a cultural vanguard of Bangladeshi community in Australia
