Established in 1996 the Jaflong Restaurant is in the heart of Bicester, specializing in authentic Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. The secret of the masterly art of Bangladeshi cooking requires a thorough knowledge of the properties of each spice and its blend with other spices.
