Darul Uloom New Jersey is an Islamic education center or madrassa initiative by Bangladeshi Muslim community in Paterson, New Jersey. The center is open to all Muslim kids from all nationalities – Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Indian, Turkish, Arab, Palestinian, Albanian, Bosnian etc. The center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization registered in the state of New Jersey (811-753-656/000). The school offers full time Hifzul-Quran and Alim courses as well as basic Fiqh/Deeniyat classes, Quran studies and Aqeeda & Akhlaq education. Darul Uloom New Jersey also offers Tablighi Ijtima, Shobguzari and weekly Iqama program.
Darul Uloom New Jersey is one of few Madrasas in USA that offers accommodation for students. Students are given accommodation, food, education and security. Students are supervised 24 hour by the school. Every measure is taken to ensure students are in a clean and healthy environment. Students are provided fresh meals cooked daily that is prepared by professional cook. Food menu is set to serve a diverse group of students coming from different backgrounds. Due to limited seats, students will receive accommodation on a first come, first served basis. Students must be no younger than 15 years of age for boarding. They must be mature enough to live independently and responsibly. Students must bring medical certificate their health and fitness. Boarding fee must be paid in advance. Boarding is for boys only.
