Federation of Bangladeshi Caterers (FoBC) is a not-for-profit, non-political organization and part of Asian Catering Federation in United Kingdom. Federation of Bangladeshi Caterers UK works a nationwide interest group promoting and protecting the interests of the curry industry in Britain. The organization employs lobbying effort through the political leaders, elected officials, Members of Parliament, media and press to safeguard the interests of Bangladeshi as well as Asian catering industry in UK. The organization is committed to deliver a wide range of high quality, good value business services to members of the Federation of Bangladeshi Caterers.

- to develop learning, training and apprenticeships, setting professional standards in conjunction with our partners
- to open regional offices to unite the Bangladeshi catering industry and promote Bangladeshi food across the continent
- to oversee awards schemes including the Asian Curry and Asian Food Awards, to provide incentives and recognize excellence and achievement in the Asian food industry
- to lobby and work with the UK government, the European Parliament for the betterment of the Asian catering industry
Membership of the organization is open to any owner, director or partner who is engaged in the Asian catering business (Bangladeshi, Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysia, Nepalese, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Thai, Turkey, Vietnamese and other countries). Fee of the membership is £95 for one year, £175 for two years.
