Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology Alumni of North America (BUETANA) is an alumni association of ex-students of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology living in Georgia, USA. Founded in 2020, BUETANA’s mission is to help its members connecting, supporting, and advancing in life and work. The organization provides opportunities for networking, job search, professional development, entrepreneurship and social engagement.
The vision of the organization is to foster a lifelong connections and professional growth opportunity of its members.

Membership
BUETANA, a tax-exempt organization, offers three types of membership:
- Associate Member: The spouse and children of the organization’s members. Anyone who has studied in the institutions mentioned in Section 1, but did not complete his/her degree can become an Associate Member.
- Honorary Member: Individuals who are invited by the Governing Body to become an honorary member based on the contribution/impact of the individual in the society.
- Donor Member: Donors can be members of the organization at the discretion of the Governing Body.
There are no annual membership fees. The organization runs primarily on donations from members and sponsors.
