Bangladesh Association of Florida

Bangladesh Association of Florida is an association of the Bangladeshi community in Florida. Founded in 1990, the organization (EIN: 650262420)  is one of the oldest Bangladeshi community organizations in Florida and offers Bangladeshi cultural events to the Bangladeshi community. The association’s mission is to promote Bangladeshi culture and heritage within the Bangladeshi community and the wider public in Florida. BAF organizes events like the Asian Fair, which draws a large crowd and celebrates Bangladeshi festivals and national events.

BAF also goes beyond cultural activities and supports Bangladeshi immigrants in Florida. They offer a membership program, and members can vote for the organization’s leadership in elections. BAF aims to be a resource for the Bangladeshi community, offering help to those in need and fostering community among its members.

Most of the events are done by volunteers as the association is a non-profit. The organization also hosts the Asian Fair each year in Florida.
