Domestic Violence Awareness Press Conference

Press conference will be held in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Domestic violence issues related to Bangladeshi community will be focused and discusses. The press conference will be attended by NYC Council members Daniel Dromm and Daneek Miller. Robina Niaz, Mahfuzur Rahman, Shyda Rashid, Afreen Alam will be present for discussion. The event is organized by Turning Point – a community based, non profit organization addressing the needs of Muslim women and children.
The event is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served!
