Ullapara Society of USA Election
February 20, 2017
Ullapara Society of USA Election will be held on February 20, 2017. Nineteen members will be elected to run the organization for 2017-2018. Only the members of Ullapara Society of USA will be able to vote. The election will be conducted by selected election commissioners. Nomination package fee $20. Some of the rules are:
- One member one vote, Voter must be enlisted on the voter list.
- No ID, no vote policy (DL, Green card, passport).
- One candidate for each position.
- Secret ballot in front of presiding officers.
- Voter must present in person.
- Panel based or individual candidacy ok.
- Candidates can not use any symbols, just their own picture.
- Candidates can nominate agent to observe voting centers.
- No noisy illegal campaign near the voting centers.
- Election commission has the final decision on election related matters.

Nomination Submission: Feb 8, 2017
Nomination selection: Feb 9, 2017
Nomination Withdraw: Feb 11, 2017
Final Nomination Announcement: Feb 12, 2017
