Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America (FOBANA) Convention 2017. The event is the 31st convention of FOBANA and this year it will be hosted by Bangladesh Association of Florida. Bhashani Foundation Convention 2016

Third annual Bhashani Foundation Convention 2016 will be held in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York. The event is organized by Moulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani Foundation (MAHKBF). The convention will discuss life and political ideology of Bhashani. The topic for this year is ‘Moulana Bhashani’s Teaching on Building Political Character’. BMANA Convention 2016

Bangladesh Medical Association of North America or BMANA Convention 2016 will be held in Atlanta from July 14 to July 17, 2016. Physicians of Bangladeshi origin residing in USA and Canada will attend the 36th BMANA Annual Convention. The convention is hosted by the BMANA chapters of Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.

BMANA Convention was launched to provide the premier educational events for BMANA members with the main objective to offer continuing medical education (CME) and advanced scientific erudition to physicians and dentists. Each year the host city for the convention is strategically chosen to ensure greater availability and more accessibility by the members. BMANA has about 800 registered practicing physicians in diverse disciplines of medical science including primary care, internal medicine, family practice, psychiatry, pediatrics, cardiology, gastroenterology, physical medicine, nephrology, infectious disease, neurology, oncology, pain management, as well as Bangladeshi scientists and faculty members USA. The convention will have CME sessions on current medical topics followed by business meeting and medical product/device exhibits.

Bangladesh Medical Association of North America (BMANA) invites Bangladesh medical professionals to submit abstracts for presentation (Oral/Abstract) at the convention by May 1, 2016. Abstracts are welcome from Physicians, Scientists, Dentists, and Medical/Dental Students from Bangladesh or Bangladeshi descent of all over the world and there is no limit to the number that an individual may submit.

Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Convention 2015

Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Convention 2015 will be held from August 8th to 9th in Long Island, New York. The two-day convention will include scholarly discussion about Islam, and Islamic life. Islamic style shopping, Islamic books, conversation on Islamic literature, youth conference, sports/games for kids, Islamic cultural program, etc. This is a family friendly event. Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Convention 2015 will be attended by prominent Islamic personalities of USA. This year’s theme of the convention is Divine Message: The Road to Success.
