Durga Puja 2017 – Jamaica

Bangladeshi Hindu community in Jamaica will celebrate Sarbojanin Durga Puja 2017 with week-long cultural and religious festivity. The event is organized by North America Hindu Kalyan Parishad. Daily event starts at 8:oo am and will continue until midnight. Puja, Puspanjali, Arati, Mahaprashad and cultural programs are part of everyday event. Music, dance, recitation will be performed by New York based Bangladeshi performers. All are welcome – alone, in group, with family and friend.

Bangladeshi Hindu community in New York will observe Sharodiya Durga Puja 2007 in Woodside, Queens. The festival will be attended by many devout Hindus as well as well-wishers. Religious events will be followed by cultural program performed by Bangladeshi and Indian artists – dance, music, poetry, hymn etc. The festival is open to all.
