Bangla Spelling Bee BANAN

Bangla Spelling Bee ‘BANAN’ to celebrate Ekushey/Ekushe February and International Mother Language Day. Bangla Spelling Bee is a fun competition for Bangladeshi community living in New York City. The competition is designed for all levels – from children to adults. Space are limited, therefore, registration is required to participate in the competition. All organizations are welcome. The event is free. All are welcome to join. There are many prizes to win!

Category 1: Age 6 to 10 (2-3 letters, everyday Bangla words)
Category 2: Age 11 to 16 (3-4 letters, everyday Bangla words)
Category 3: Parents, guardians, and guests (2-6 letters, everyday Bangla words)

Ekushey Celebration, Jackson Heights

Ekushey Celebration at Jackson Heights, New York will be jointly organized by Jackson Heights Bangladeshi Business Association (JBBA) and Jalalabad Association of America. The program is sponsored by Sukhi, New York and will be held in cooperation with Jackson Heights Bangladesh Club.
