Press Conference on DCI’s ‘Journey for Child Rights & Sight’ with Sabina Yasmin will be held at Smart Medical Care PC, Jamaica on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014.

Sabina Yasmin is a patron of DCI (Distressed Children & Infants International). She has been performing concerts in 8 US cities to help DCI to raise fund for their ‘Journey for Child Rights & Sight’ campaign. The last concert in this series will be held in New York City on Saturday, 27th. Press Conference will discuss about DCI’s activities, talk about concerts of Sabina Yasmin and related issues.

Press Conference – Eyes On Bangladesh Photo Exhibition

The Eyes on Bangladesh Exhibition will showcase the work of nine noted Bengali photographers together in New York City for the first time. This project offers a vision of Bangladesh not often seen in the west, and begins a dialogue between first and second generation Bangladeshis in the process. Featured photographers include: Rashid Talukder, Taslima Akhter, Munem Wasif, Jannatul Mawa, Shumon Ahmed, Saikat Mojumder, Sarkar Protick and Rasel Chowdhury.

At the press conference representatives from the Eyes on Bangladesh team will be there to discuss the project’s mission and progress, as well to release the opening dates to the public.

Members of the press are invited to a press conference to discuss and learn more about Eyes on Bangladesh. This project has been totally funded by the community and is a grass-roots initiative. Your attendance is important in getting the information out to the public.
